What is PatiTracker?
Kaybolduğu taktirde, biricik aile üyenizle kavuşmanıza yardımcı olacak son derece hafif, akıllı bir evcil hayvan kimlik künye’sidir. Çok hafif olduğu için küçük evcil hayvanlar için de uygundur.

Is PatiTracker Smart Pet ID Badge high-quality and durable?
Each pet tag is made out of PVC hard card where the QR Code is protected under a layer of transparent epoxy protection on the surface with an aliminium around it.
Can I link more than one tag to the same pet’s profile?
Yes, you can. There is no limit to the number of PatiTracker Smart Pet ID badges that you can link to your pet’s profile. Repeat the steps of registration to link more PatiTracker Smart Pet ID Badges to your pet’s profile
Is this badge waterproof?
Yes, it is waterproof. However, we recommend that you rinse the badge with fresh water after it’s been exposed to sea water or any chemical.
Can I track my pet in real time?
No, you can’t. By choosing not to include active GPS tracking, and using scanning technology instead, we eliminated the need for batteries and charging, while still retaining the ability to deliver a detailed profile as well as to provide useful location information when it is needed most.
Can I link a used badge to another pet’s profile?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is unlink the used badge from its pet’s profile, and link it to a new one.
How do I view last scanned locations of my pet?
You can view the last scanned location of your pet’s badge’s by navigating to your pet’s ‘PatiTracker Badge Profile’ page, and tapping on the ‘Last Scanned Locations’ button.
How do I make profile fields visible when people scan the badge?
Tap on ‘badge’ on your pet’s profile page. The ‘badge Profile’ page will feature the details that can be shared when the PatiTracker Smart Pet ID Badge is retrieved. Tap on the check boxes on the right to select/unselect the details to share. You MUST tap on the “SAVE” button to save any changes made.
Do rescuers need an application to scan a lost pet’s Badge?
No. Rescuers can retrieve the lost pet’s PatiTracker Smart Pet ID Badge profile with any smartphone. This can be done via QR code (scan with your smart phone camera. Make sure that QR reader app installed in it), NFC, or with any web browser

Information regarding your phone device model and the version of the operating system will be extremely helpful for us in assisting you.

Thanks to my PatiTracker GPS pet tracker, I never lose my dog Luna. The real-time location information is great, it is constantly updated.
