In order for membership approval and order details to reach you without any problems, it is important to register your current and frequently used e-mail address correctly and completely, and to enter your mobile phone number registered in the system correctly so that we can easily reach you by phone when necessary.

Product Delivery Details

The orders you place from our site are delivered to PTT cargo within 3 business days if the product is in stock after bank approval. The delivery period may extend depending on the distance of the address to Istanbul and the city where the address is located. PTT cargo delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays. Your order placed on public holidays will be processed following bank approval.

Products that will be delivered late for any reason will be notified to you via e-mail, and in the case of products that are not in stock, they will be delivered to cargo after production.
